A support & updates subscription allows Roadometry to provide engineering support for individual applications, and gives the user access to ongoing VTC software updates.

Who should purchase a Support and Updates subscription?

  • If you use VTC frequently, or your application requires immediate response to high-priority issues, a Support and Updates subscription is recommended.

What does a support and update subscription include?

  • Access to VTC software updates
  • Up to 2 hours per month of telephone or email support

How does the subscription work?

  • Users with a support and update subscription may contact Roadometry at any time via e-mail or phone to open a support issue. You will be provided with access to new VTC software updates for installation on your system.
